At H2O we believe a holiday starts from the moment you leave home until the time you return. The Dates & Prices of holidays showcased on this website are travel inclusive. With our reservations system we have a direct link into the airlines' systems to check availability, and have many directly negotiated fares which means great value. Holiday itineraries are based on the most convenient travel routings from the UK, normally based on a London departure. On most routes we can provisionally hold seats for you with no obligation to book. When you do book we accept one deposit for the entire holiday, giving you longer to save, and if schedules or routings change we deal with this for you and keep you informed.
As in any part of an H2O holiday the flexibility we provide in making your holiday travel arrangements is important. We offer options so you can choose to use our pre-planned travel arrangements or we'll look at alternatives you prefer such as a different airline, Rail or Road travel (e.g. Self-Drive), or there may be an alternative airport closer to home that will save you time and perhaps even money.
If arriving from outside the UK or using frequent flyer points you may prefer to arrange all of your travel independently, we call that Independent Travel. Please contact us for prices of Independent Travel options if not shown in your holiday's Dates & Prices guide.
Please keep in mind that while your money paid for a travel inclusive holiday booked through us is protected by our ATOL licence airlines do not have this kind of cover and you should check your holiday Insurance carefully as many policies do not include cover for airline failure.
