Fri 15th May 2009 - Last chance to Paddle the Omo?
There is still time to book your holiday Rafting Ethiopia's Upper & Lower Omo River.

Rafting the Omo River is known as the the 'African Queen' of river journeys and 2009 may be the last time to appreciate her full navigable length. Construction of the Gibe III Dam on the lower section has commenced and it's expected that filling of the 150 km long reservoir will begin in 2011.
