Privacy PolicyAt H2O, we respect the privacy of our guests and are committed to the following privacy policy, which is intended to provide peace of mind and confidence in dealing with us. When you register or make a holiday booking we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and further relevant personal information including payment details. We may record which activities or holidays you are interested in and which holidays you purchase. This enables us to improve the holidays and services that we can offer you. We will not retain any credit or debit card details longer than required to take any payments you wish to make. We may use this information to inform you of any new holidays, special offers or promotions that we think may be of interest to you or any latest news. By submitting your personal information to us, you are consenting to our collection and use of the information as set out in this Privacy Policy. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we may ask for proof of identity before disclosing certain information to you. Please contact us if you decide that you no longer wish to receive this kind of information. We will not sell, trade or share any of the information we collect about you to third parties, unless required by law. Should you make a holiday booking with us however we will provide your personal information, and any sensitive information relating to special requests, to our suppliers and airlines, who might be located outside the UK or EEA, in order to enable operation of the holiday you have booked.
